Two widely separated populations with the e. African population having a fragmented distribution;
Se. Nigeria, s. Cameroon. Fernando Po. W. Angola. E. Zaire, Rwanda, Uganda, w. and c. Kenya, Tanzania, ne. Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi and n. Mozambique.
