Three populations;
(1) S. Burma, Thailand and sw. China to s. Indochina, Cambodia, Laos and s. Vietnam.
(2) S. Burma and Malaysia to Sumatra.
(3) Java.
(4) Nias Is.
(5) Nw. Borneo.
