Three fragmented populations;
(1) Togo, s. Nigeria, s. Cameroon, Bioko Is., Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Congo, Central African Republic, n. and ne. Zaire, Uganda s. to Zambia and nw. Angola. Fernando Po.
(2) S. Mauritania, sw. Mali (Mandingo Mountains), Guinea-Bissau, Guinea, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Ivory Coast and s. Ghana.
(3) S. Central African Republic and Zaire e. to s. Uganda (Sango Bay, Mabira Forest).
(4) Principe Is.
