Range
N. Australia;
Two populations;
(1) S. and se. New Guinea from Mimika River to Fly River and from Eloa River to Amazon Bay.
(2) Northern Territory (Melville Is.).
(3) N. Australia from ne. Western Australia s. to Broome and Northern Territory (Kakadu National Park and Top End) to n. and ne. Queensland (Cape York Peninsula, Queensland s. to Brisbane). Rarely s. to Byron Bay, ex. ne. New South Wales.
(4) Cw. Western Australia (Hamersley and Pilbara Regions).
