(2) Samar, Calicoan, Biliran, Negros, Cebu, Siquijor and Bohol.
(3) Mindanao.
(4) Basilan.
(5) Sulu Archipelago (Bongao, Sanga Sanga, Papahag, Tawitawi, and Jolo).
