(2) New Britain, Watom Is. and Duke of York Is, Bismarck Archipelago.

(4) Se. New Guinea from Hall Sound to Port Moresby and coastal ne. Australia (n. Queensland along e. Cape York Peninsula (Iron Range National Park) s. to the Atherton Tablelands (Kingfisher Park), Cairns (Mount Whitfield Environmental Park) and Townsville).
