Ex. sc. United States through Central America to s. South America;
(1) Extreme sc. United States (s. Texas) through Mexico (s. Sinaloa, Nuevo Leon and Tamaulipas along both slopes through Central America to Panama, Colombia, Peru, Venezuela, Trinidad, Guyana, Surinam, Guiana and Brazil (Bahia, Chapada Diamantina) to n. Argentina.
(2) West Indies (Lesser Antilles, Guadeloupe, Dominica and Martinique).
(3) Argentina and Chile (Tierra del Fuego).
