Range

Nw. to c. Central America;
Two populations;
(1) Nw. Mexico (Sonora).
(2) Nc. and c. Mexico (sw. Chihuahua, Durango, Zacatecas s. to Morelos and w. Puebla).
(3) Sw. Mexico (Oaxaca and Chiapas).
(4) C. Guatemala (an isolated population mostly in the Motagua Valley).
