S. and e. Africa;
(1) S. and e. Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, n. Kenya and s. Somalia to e. Zaire, Zambia, Malawi, Mozambique and e. South Africa (ne. Transvaal).
(2) C. Angola to Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe and n. South Africa (n. Cape Province, nw. Orange Free State, Transvaal, Swaziland and Natal).
