(2) Cameroon, Central African Republic, s. Chad, s. Sudan, and n. Zaire.
(3) Ethiopia.
(4) Uganda, w. Kenya, Tanzania, e. Zambia, Malawi, e. Zimbabwe, and Mozambique. Possibly ne. South Africa (ne. Transvaal).
