(1) W. to c. Africa (Senegambia, s. Mali, Burkina Faso, Guinea-Bissau, Guinea, Sierra Leone, Liberia Ivory Coast, Ghana, Togo, Benin, Nigeria, Cameroon, Gabon, Congo, n. Angola, Central African Republic, n. and ne. Zaire, ex. Se. Sudan, Uganda, and w. Kenya).
