(1) Nw. Mexico from s. Sonora and Tamaulipas s. through Central America (Honduras) to Panama (Taboga Is., Coiba Is., and Pearl Is.), Colombia and w. Ecuador.
(2) E. Colombia e. to Venezuela, Trinidad, Guyana, Surinam, Guiana and e. of the Andes in e. Ecuador, e. Peru, Bolivia, s. Brazil and n. Argentina.
(3) Tablelands of c. Brazil in Piaui s. to Bahia (Chapada Diamantina), Mato Grosso, Sao Paulo and Parana, adjacent Bolivia, Paraguay and n. Argentina.
