Siberia;
Two populations;
Nc. and ne. Siberia in Lake Baikal region, s. Taimyr Peninsula, Verkhoyansk Mountains, Anadyrland, probably Kamchatka and n. Kiril Is.
Winters s. to China (Mai Po Marsh, Hong Kong), Taiwan and Australia along the coasts of Western Australia, Northern Territory, Queensland (Botany Bay, Manly Yacht Club, Cairns Esplanade) and New South Wales to ex. e. Victoria.
