(2) Inland and coastal se. Queensland (Mudgeeraba), e. New South Wales (Lamington National Park in Casuarinas along Duck Creek Road), Australian Capital Territory (Mount Majura and Mount Ainslie n. of Campbell Park) and ex. e. Victoria (Dharug National Park and Gypsy Point Lodge).
