(2) Se. Nigeria, w. Cameroon, Fernando Po Is. and w. Angola. N. Liberia.

(4) E. Zaire (Kivu area) and Uganda, Rwanda, w. and s. Kenya, n. Tanzania and Malawi.
(5) Sw. Zambia and ne. Botswana.
(6) S. Malawi, Mozambique and Zimbabwe to e. and s. South Africa (Cape Province).
