(1) S. Mexico (Jalisco, Guanajuato, San Luis Potosi and Veracruz) to Guatemala, Honduras and nw. Nicaragua.
(2) Costa Rica to w. Panama.
(3) Colombia, w. and n. Venezuela s. w. of the Andes in w. Ecuador and nw. Peru and e. of the Andes through e. Ecuador, e. Peru.
(4) Bolivia and ex. nw. Argentina.
