Two widely disjunct populations;
(1) E. of the Andes in c. Colombia and s. Venezuela s. through e. Ecuador, e. Peru and Amazonian Brazil to c. Bolivia.
(2) E. Venezuela.
(3) Coastal se. Brazil. Recorded from ne. Argentina.
